Atmore District
The Atmore District was founded by the late Elder Andrew T. McGhee. He was the District Superintendent, as well as, pastor and founder of the McGhee Memorial Temple COGIC.
The Atmore District COGIC is known as the little “BIG” District where “Everybody is somebody and Jesus is Lord”.
It is comprised of two churches:
Superintendent Semuel Causey is the pastor of McGhee Memorial Temple COGIC and the District Superintendent.
Sister Mary Causey is the First Lady.
The District Missionary is Evangelist Carolyn Mims. Elder Kenneth Bivines is the pastor of the Whole Truth Mission COGIC and the Atmore District Chairman.
Mother Debra Bivines is the First Lady.
