The Birmingham/Lincoln District is comprised of two thriving ministries: St. Mark Church of God in Christ in Lincoln, Alabama, and the Whole Truth Church of God in Christ in Birmingham, Alabama. This district is committed to promoting the growth and development of its local churches. Pastor Mark A. Owens of the Whole Truth COGIC serves as Chairman. Evangelist Brigette Parker is the District Missionary.
